Bio
Bird is a multifaceted lover of all things show. Their portfolio features a wide range of projects including hair design, wigs/extensions, and props.
Having spent most of their professional career in a collegiate setting as well as high-end salons and barbershops, they've collectively acquired over 10 years of experience in the hair design field.

With a lifelong background in visual and studio arts, Bird is up for any challenge. They are primarily a relief printmaker, showing great attention to detail and high level sculpting/carving skills.

Bird is also a fiber artist with a comprehensive grasp on costume design, hand sewing & embroidery, knit & crochet, construction from patterns, quilting, and minor alterations.
​
With a passion for advocacy and consent based choreography, Bird has completed the Intimacy Professional Accelerator training program with IDC Professionals (Intimacy Coordinators and Directors). IDC Professionals is a SAG-AFTRA supported program. Bird has served the role of Intimacy Captain on several productions, and specializes in queer/trans-identified inclusivity and care.
